We ask you to bear with us for the moment and do not contact us, instead, please wait for us to call or email you. Please be reassured that no payments will be taken in the meantime.

As a reminder, we suggest the following options which you can discuss with us when we contact you:

2. Donate their membership fee to the Trust.

The customer services team will be available to take phone calls, Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm. We ask that you call us only if your enquiry is urgent.

We understand the closure brings disruption to your fitness routine but we appreciate your continued support and contribution during this difficult time.
