Important Leisure Booking System Update

We’ll be carrying out essential updates to our leisure booking system from 2pm on Tuesday 16 June, which may affect your visit to Leisure at Cheltenham.

What to expect

From 2pm on Tuesday 16 June, all online booking will be temporarily unavailable, including classes, memberships and swimming lessons. The Leisure at Cheltenham website will also be offline during this time.

From opening on Wednesday 17 June, all systems will be temporarily paused both online and in the centre, including access gates, kiosks and the app.

We aim to restore online bookings by the end of the day on Wednesday, with gates and kiosks following shortly after.
