We offer a wide range of classes and events in our large eight-court sports hall – from football to badminton, martial arts to volley ball – the opportunities to use this unique facility are endless and with a spectator seating gallery holding up to 204.

The sports hall is also available to hire for events or birthday parties. We can offer as much help and supervision as you need in setting up or running your event – including First Aiders and Security. We are always happy to help and advise you regarding your event, so please contact us to find out more.

Short Tennis

We have 12 courts available for short tennis. Racquets and balls can be hired from front desk. You can book over the phone or in person at customer services.

We have 5 squash courts available for hire. Racquets and balls can be hired from front desk. You can book over the phone or in person at customer services.

We have an indoor cricket hall that comprises of 5 lanes and a spectator gallery.

The cricket hall is an out building not attached to the main site, so to get to it you need to go out of the carpark turn right, 100 yds down the path you will see some steps leading down to the hall.

We endeavor to have the building open for you upon your arrival however we do advise customers to check in at customer services before you start you booking.

The Prince of Wales Sports Stadium is one of the best sports stadiums in the county and boasts a 400m running track, javelin run up, long and triple jump, hammer throw, shot put, pole vault and practice pitches, to name a few.

This popular sports venue can be used by individuals and groups alike. From school sports days to charity runs, and with a 490-seated spectators’ area, there is something for everyone. Our 400 meter track is 6 lanes with a 8 lane 100 meter straight.Hurdles are available to hire and we also have a steeple chase barrier.

Our main pitch has an underground irrigation system and is regularly maintained.

Within the stadium we have changing rooms and meeting room facilities. We have disabled access to the track via the stadium car park.

Why not book our stadium for your school sports day and make use of the 400m track for your races and the marked infield for throwing events or the sand pits for jumping events as well as the high jump bed.
