When do the new prices and packages come into effect?
From 1 April 2020. For direct debit customers, this means the new membership prices will be taken from the 6 April 2020.
When can I expect to receive communication about my new membership price?
Members who are on a direct debit will be sent a letter or email by the 8 March 2020. If you pay your membership monthly and have not received communication by this date, please email us at email@example.com and one of the team will discuss your membership further with you.
Why has Leisure at Cheltenham increased membership prices?
We understand price changes are never welcome and strive to keep increases as low as possible whilst continuing to offer you, our members, value for money. The increase allows us to make further improvements to our facilities and services.
I currently pay my membership by direct debit, do I need to do anything?
If you wish to continue your membership, you don’t need to do anything.
If I have paid for an annual membership, do I need to do anything?
As you have already paid your membership in full for the year, you don’t need to do anything.
I have paid for a Swim Only 3 month membership, do I need to do anything?
As you have already paid for the 3 months up front, you don’t need to do anything. This membership is being discontinued as of 1 April 2020. If your membership continues after the 1 April, we will honour it. Once your 3 month expires, we have a Swim Only pay monthly non-contract option at £22 per month which you can sign up to by contacting the membership sales team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
I only became a member recently, why is my membership increasing?
Leisure at Cheltenham membership prices increase from 1 April 2020 and from that point, new prices apply to all current and new members who join on or after 1 April.
My membership has been automatically changed to a new package, however, I like the look of another membership. How do I change this?
If you are on a direct debit, it is really easy for the membership sales team to change your membership package, simply contact them at email@example.com with your details, (full name, postcode and membership number if known) with the name of the new membership package you wish to move to and the team will make the relevant changes.
Please note, if you are on a direct debit we must be informed of any changes ten days’ prior to the next payment being taken (5th of the month). If we aren’t informed in time, the changes will take effect the following month.
What are the membership ‘add on’ options?
The ‘add on’ options are available to personalise your membership further. These are applicable only with any of the core memberships; Adult, Couples, Concession Peak and Corporate.
Add on option 1: CHILD
£10 per month
If you have children, you can the family can enjoy unlimited access to regular children activities, such as, Splash Pad, Mini Gym and Soft Play. Please note, this add on option only allows walk ins or bookings made on the day.
Add on option 2: RACQUET SPORTS
£10 per month
If you have an interest in racquet sports, you can enjoy unlimited access to racquet sports; squash, badminton, tablet tennis and short tennis. Please note, this add on option only allows walk ins or bookings made on the day.
