DONATE

Donate now to our 4000 mile challenge in honour of Faiz Bankole, our much-missed fitness manager.

Faiz was passionate about the difference that taking part in sport and staying active can make in people’s lives. Every pound raised will be donated to Move More to help provide young people in our community with free access to sport and leisure activities.

The team at Move More said that last years donation:

The funding raised by The Cheltenham Trust from their Miles for Memories campaign in 2025 has enabled Move More to deliver free weekly sport and physical activity sessions for children and young people aged 6 – 12 years who reside in the Oakley area of Cheltenham. The sessions are delivered out of the Youth Support Team Building on Link Road and regularly engage 20 children and young people per week – providing them with the opportunity to have fun, make friends and find out about other opportunities talking place in the area, such as those delivered by the Children’s Society.

Two Move More coaches to deliver the provision which would not be possible without support from The Cheltenham Trust. The sessions have had a positive impact on those who attend, providing the children with regular access to sport and physical activity which is delivered in a fun and safe environment.
